Indianapolis Office
Dr. O’Shaughnessy was raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and earned his medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Michigan State University–University of Michigan Health-Sparrow, where he served as Co-Chief Resident.
Dr. O’Shaughnessy provides inpatient rehabilitation care at Community Rehabilitation Hospital North and also sees patients in the outpatient setting at Rehabilitation Associates of Indiana. He practices general rehabilitation medicine and has special interests in neurorehabilitation, spasticity management, and electrodiagnostic medicine, including electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
In his free time, Dr. O’Shaughnessy enjoys running, cycling, traveling with his significant other, and cheering for the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.
